Current Password and History
Because Passify generates passwords rather than stores them, it is possible to view a history of your previous passwords. Passify also keeps track of which Password is your currently active one.
Current Password
At any time, the "Current Password" is the generated password that is currently in active use. Passify indicates this with a solid star icon above the generated password and that password is the one that is generated any time you tap the Generator to retrieve its password.
Viewing Password History
You can easily view your password history for a Generator by tapping the left/right arrows along side the Current Password star indicator. You can also swipe left and right on the generated password area to navigate your password history.
Passwords that are not the current one are indicated with a hollow star icon above the generated passwords.
Setting the Current Password
Tapping a hollow star for a generated password will tell Passify to use that currently generated password as the current one.
This is a non-destructive action and can be easily reversed. However, setting the Current Password also resets Passify's date tracking for determining password change reminders.
